Polytech Associates is an architecture, planning, and interior design firm in San Francisco, CA. At the expiration of their lease in 2011, the firm’s leadership determined that a larger office was necessary in order to support the firm’s growing project load.

Polytech created a series of test-fits for each space under consideration, identifying the 17th Floor at 235 Pine Street as the candidate that would provide the space needed currently, and would allow the firm to continue to grow its staff over the next ten years. Polytech’s design staff developed the interior architecture and interior design program for the approximately 7,800 sf tenant improvement program.
